Demonstration 1:
Configured to allow a Patient/Customer to view/book across a number of
consultants or staff at different locations or cities.
Available as Hosted Standard, Hosted Enterprise and Server
Enterprise
Demonstration 2: Configured for a sole trader business to
allow a Patient/Customer to view/book an appointment.
This is a Hosted Standard version.
This demonstration system has been configured to
allow the customer to create a Username and password for return
visits with their own Customer Control module to view past and future
bookings.
Demonstration 3: An actual live ecommerce enabled system
which allows customers to make appointments with consultants for
the valuation of artworks. This customer view of the system
system provides for the customer to make a credit card payment
at the same time a booking is made and also allows the customer
to add an attachment of an image of the artwork with the

"There is a service that may be very useful to some
practitioners who find the additional requirements for staff and
space too inhibitive at the moment. GObookings is a powerful
personalized website with a diary function that can be tailored
to suit most clinic requirements.
I have been using it for some time now and have found it is as
good as having a full reception in place with the exception of
greeting patients. The positive side of this is that you don’t
require additional computer hardware and software, furniture,
etc, and no wages, superannuation or workers’ compensation to
pay! For single practitioners, it is ideal.
It can also be set up to accommodate a number of practitioners
and clinics in different locations. The advantage is that the
diary can be accessed from home, the clinic or any location
anywhere in the world as long as you have access to a computer.
Passwords allow you to enter the diary at different levels of
security. You can modify the diary on line to suit your own
requirements. Of course you can change settings for appointments
depending upon your level of access.
I have found the diary economical to run on a subscription basis
and they offer a relatively cheap set up fee. The back-up
service I have experienced is fantastic and once it is up and
running you may not look back. If you decide against it down the
track there’s not much to lose.
Used in conjunction with a call center it can really free up
your time and your money. This system is possibly most suited to
a sole practitioner who does not have the income to cover full
time reception and who may want to divert their calls whilst
they are busy treating patients without the distraction of a
telephone call or answer phone facility.
Having run GObookings system for a year now, I have found it to
be extremely efficient. The call centre I use in conjunction
with it, has been able to handle it with ease and what’s more I
can modify and view future appointments by accessing my diary
from the comfort of my home computer. I can extend my times or
limit my times and I can block out days or change days.
For practice management, I am able to see who I saw over the
past year as well as do diary print outs for the week ahead. I
allow some patients (very few) to access the diary themselves
and make their own appointments – the diary is very secure so
they are unable to see who else is in the diary apart from their
own bookings." |
